Jeremy Selekman, PsyD
CEO
Jeremy Selekman has been consulting to organizations for 20 years in the areas of Leadership and Organizational Development.  He specializes in Executive Assessment and Coaching. He has assessed executives for key positions and coached them to measurable gains in those roles. He also provides Team Development and Management Training for leaders and their teams. His experience spans across a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, insurance, professional services, industrials, technology and private equity.

As both a psychologist and businessman, Jeremy brings an in-depth understanding of people and what it takes to be an effective leader to his work. With his Assessments, he brings individuals into clearer view, so his clients can make richer, more informed talent management decisions. As a Coach, he brings individuals’ strengths into clearer view, and leverages these insights to develop self-awareness, professional growth and skill enhancement. When people are clear on who they are and the distinct value they bring, they are then in a better position to leverage their unique talents to inspire, motivate, and influence. He frequently focuses on the following areas as a Coach: leadership, communication, change management, influencing, negotiation, and emotional intelligence.
Prior to owning and operating Selekman Consulting, Jeremy was with BeamPines, a Talent Management firm in Manhattan, for 10 years.
