Jeremy Selekman has been consulting to organizations for over 25 years in the areas of Leadership and Organizational Development. He specializes in Executive Assessment and Coaching. He has assessed executives for key positions and coached them to measurable gains in those roles. He also provides Team Development and Management Training for leaders and their teams. His experience spans across a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, insurance, professional services, industrials, technology and private equity.
As both a psychologist and businessman, Jeremy brings an in-depth understanding of people and what it takes to be an effective leader to his work. With his Assessments, he brings individuals into clearer view, so his clients can make richer, more informed talent management decisions. As a Coach, he brings individuals’ strengths into clearer view, and leverages these insights to develop self-awareness, professional growth and skill enhancement. Prior to owning and operating Selekman Consulting, Jeremy was with BeamPines, a Talent Management firm in Manhattan, for 10 years. As Senior Vice President Executive Assessment and Coaching, he managed and developed the Assessment and Coaching practices, including serving as a Master Coach for the BeamPines/Middlesex Master’s Program in Executive Coaching. Jeremy holds an MA and Doctorate in Psychology from Widener University. He received special training in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Health Psychology, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. He received a BA from Villanova University with Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors.

Ellen is a trusted and respected executive coach, trainer, and team developer. She draws on more than 20 years as a leader and advisor in higher education and athletics where she has designed and built innovative, high-impact programs. As a lead professor of counseling, she has also developed and delivered original curricula to teach professionals the art and science of behavior change.
Ellen’s success as a leader, coach, and consultant is founded on her authenticity, generosity, and curiosity. She is genuine. She focuses on making real connections with people through clear communication, empathic listening, and a dynamic, engaging style. She is a lifelong student of human behavior. Insightful and perceptive, she is masterful at zeroing in on the core issues that become key levers for change. She also inspires and empowers people by helping them recognize their unique skills and apply them with confidence.
As an executive coach, Ellen finds fulfillment in helping others grow and realize their full potential. Philosophically, she operates with a holistic approach, supporting a coachee’s exploration of leadership identity with strengths management, development, and application. Her coaching is also rooted in a systems approach, with an ongoing focus on the interplay between the individual and organization. Strengthening people’s communications, influence, relationships, and authentic leadership are areas of focus.
Through her years of working with elite NCAA athletes, Ellen understands the nuances involved in coaching to peak performance. She focuses on promoting healthy lifestyles by attending to issues of work-life balance and the relationship between personal well-being and professional fulfillment. She enjoys working with people on their career development and has special interest in mentoring emerging female leaders. In addition to individual coaching, Ellen enjoys developing teams, resolving individual/group conflicts, and building mentoring programs unique to company culture and needs.
Ellen earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Temple University, Masters in Counseling from Oregon State University, and Bachelors in Communication Studies from The College of New Jersey, where she was a student athlete and studied abroad in Australia.
